FREE and suitable for all ages.

paper peace

A team of 48 young producers (18 – 25 yrs) around the country have been working for a year on training and heritage programme Paper Peace.

Here in Kirklees, Iqra, Alicia, Hamish, Jonny, Corrie, Chris, Josh and Shazia have been taking time out from school, college and work to work with Creative Scene to uncover the history of peacebuilding, activism and community in West Yorkshire.

All their hard work will culminate in BLINK – a free event that will take over Dewsbury’s town square, streets and marketplace on Saturday 9 November 2019 and go on to tour the country.
